Primary and secondary fusion

The double-side outlet bushing has built-in pick-up capacitors and EVTs, and the phase sequence and zero sequence CTs, vacuum interrupters, and double-fracture isolating switches are built into the solid-sealed poles, allowing deep integration of primary and secondary.

One-click control

The whole switchgear adopts fully sealed structure, which is free from the influence of external environment. The circuit breaker and isolating mechanism are equipped with motorized operation, which can realize one-click control.

Easy maintenance of re-sampling modules

The re-sampling module is in the lower compartment of the switchgear, and the lower compartment adopts a metal-enclosed structure to ensure complete isolation of the primary and secondary circuits, and at the same time, it is equipped with removable access ports to facilitate maintenance by operation and maintenance personnel.

Easy maintenance for outgoing bushings

When the built-in pickup capacitor is damaged or the sleeve is broken due to installation, it can be easily disassembled and replaced at any time.

Pressure relief structure for Internal arc faults

The internal arc fault pressure relief device, externally fitted with a bowl-shaped anti-splash part, can effectively control the direction and path of the drain storage, to avoid causing harm to people and things near the switch.

The protection time of the substation outgoing switch is short, and the time of the general process II section protection is 0.3 - 0.4s. Spring mechanism based primary and secondary sets of complete equipment are generally within 100ms of the switching time. Therefore, the present distribution network hierarchical protection technology, generally for the ‘ outgoing line + branch head + grading ’ three-level differential hierarchical protection, 0.15 - 0.2s differential matching, to achieve the fault of the nearest removal.

Through the self-adjustment of fault/non-fault zone length delay, the logic of FTU realizes the self-adaptation of multi-power contact, multi-branch primary network frame, and change of operation mode, and the fixed value is free of setting and adjustment. First switch line selection reclosing ensures that in extreme cases, even if the line selection is not correct, the other switches on the line can be called to reclosing within a short period of time to restore normal power supply.
